pitching development clinic
Develop Better Off-Speed Pitches. Control the Running Game. Pitch with Confidence
Train alongside former MLB pitcher Jake Reed in an intensive small-group clinic designed to help pitchers develop the skills that separate average pitchers from great ones.
📅 Week 1
July 21 & July 23
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📅 Week 2
July 28 & July 30
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
$150 per week
Maximum 5:1 player-to-coach ratio
As hitters get older, simply throwing strikes isn't enough.
Pitchers need quality off-speed pitches, a plan for attacking hitters, and the ability to control the running game.
Unfortunately, these are two of the least-taught skills in youth baseball.
This clinic was built specifically to change that.
WHY THIS CLINIC?
Unlike large camps where players spend most of the day standing in line, every athlete receives individualized instruction in an extremely small group setting.
Each three-hour session includes:
✅ 1.5 hours of direct instruction with a maximum 5:1 player-to-coach ratio
✅ 1.5 hours of open training time to hit, throw, lift, or continue working on pitching skills inside The Clubhouse.
What Makes This Clinic Different?
what you’ll learn
1. Develop Better Off-Speed Pitches
As hitters become stronger and more advanced, your off-speed pitches become one of your biggest weapons.
Players will learn:
Proper grips for multiple off-speed pitches
How to find the grip that fits their hand
How movement is created
When to throw each pitch during games
How to throw off-speed pitches safely without placing unnecessary stress on the arm
2. Control the Running Game
One of the biggest jumps in baseball happens when runners are allowed to lead off and steal bases.
Many young pitchers are never taught how to manage this transition.
Players will learn:
HOLDING RUNNERS ON 1B + 2B
Coming set
Measuring the runner
Varying timing
Pickoff moves
Quick deliveries to home

Throughout my professional career, off-speed pitches became my specialty.
I spent years experimenting with grips, studying movement, and learning from some of the best pitchers in baseball.
Today, my goal is simple: help the next generation of pitchers learn the things I wish I had known at a younger age.
Most importantly, players will learn how to develop these pitches while protecting the health of their arm.
